Philip C. Gaddy: Born in Kermit, Texas, February 10, 1956. Admitted to the New Mexico Bar, the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, and the Tenth Circuit in 1983. In 1985, Phil was admitted to the Texas Bar. Phil was a business major in college, and attended Texas Tech and the University of Texas where he obtained a B.B.A. with honors in 1979. He attended law school at Gonzaga University, the Institute of International and Comparative Law at the University of San Diego at Guadalajara, Mexico, and the University of New Mexico where he obtained his J.D. in 1982. He is or has been a member of the Attorney's Information Exchange Group (Board of Directors 94-98), the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association (Board of Directors 95-97), the Texas Trial Lawyer's Association, Trial Lawyer's for Public Justice, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the New Mexico State Bar, and the Texas State Bar.

David J. Jaramillo: Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, April 21, 1969. Admitted to the New Mexico Bar in 1994. Admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico and the Tenth Circuit in 1995. David received his Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from St. John's College in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 1991. He attended the University of New Mexico School of Law where he served on the Editorial Board of the New Mexico Law Review and obtained his J.D. in 1994. Following graduation from law school, David served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Harris L. Hartz of the New Mexico Court of Appeals. He is a member of the New Mexico Bar Association, Board Member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association and Hispanic Bar Association.

Mia E. Touchet: Born in Washington, DC on April 7, 1972. Admitted to the New Mexico Bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico in 2003. Mia attended Denison University in Granville, Ohio where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology with honors in 1994. She attended the University of New Mexico School of Law where she served on the Editorial Board of the New Mexico Law Review, served as the Student Bar Association President, was nominated to the Order of the Coif, and graduated with honors, obtaining a J.D. in 2003. She is a member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the New Mexico Bar.
